With everything going on the world right now, Christians and non-Christians alike cannot help but asking themselves, 'are these the end times?' My preacher poured his heart tonight in a message that the Lord had laid upon him. Our world has experienced hard epidemics, racial depressions and disagreements between each other, but I think we can all agree on something my preacher said is true...

'this is far different'.

We're seeing people die over and over again from a virus. The numbers don't seem to be disappearing. We're seeing humans turn on other humans. This is not just white against black, but we're seeing black men burning down black men's livelihoods; white men cursing another white man. We're turning on each other and I can't help to imagine this is what God was talking about when he said, nation would rise up against nation.

I have been quiet for a little while, only exposing this blog to people I know on my own personal accounts, but I have had it on my heart to share it with others. We are living in the end times and I don't wish to see anyone die and go to a devils hell. As a Christian, I have the hope of I will never have the mark of the beast, I will never experience being left alone, I will not burn in a lake of fire for eternity. But, this is something that scares me too. I know for a fact that if I died tonight that I would be in heaven with my savior, because I have repented of my sins and asked Him to come into my heart.

I am afraid for those who will be left behind. I am dishearten that I may not get married to the man of my dreams, have children and be a nurse as I am in the pursuit of. And in a way, I think God sees and knows we all have those dreams in side of us. He tells us in Psalms,

"Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah."

Pour out your hearts to God and He will hear you. If you are fearful about these end times, even as a Christian, talk to Him about it. He is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. This is a time where personal growth is needed. We may never get to assemble in our churches as normal, personal growth in God by reading scripture and praying is what we need. We must prepare our hearts and be watching for Him. His return is nigh.
